The Rabbit and Egg quilt blocks finish at 12" (12 1/2 inches unfinished) and the carrot quilt block finishes at 6" x 12" (6 1/2" x 12 1/2" unfinished).

You could sew a carrot block on either side of the rabbit block and have a 12" x 18" finished block.

The egg block is a bonus free pattern in this pattern bundle.
